-Advair diskus 500/50 (for 2 weeks, then dropping to the 250/50) unless I do great on the 500/50my peak flow was 130 yesterday, my high peak flow is 590.
- Singulair
- Allergy eye drops
- Chlorpheniramine (Antihistamine)
- Benedryl only use PRN at night time (25mg-50mg)
oh and my rescue inhaler when I need it.

My son has a pet dander allergy, He only has asthma reactions around animals or places where animals have been.

His reactions are so bad they can kill him. When we moved to the new house we paid a lot of money to have his room done in hardwood, because of dust mites and pet dander we have a special cover for his bed, can only vacume when he is not home on the carpeted areas and will never have a dog. we really didn’t have the money either but his health required us to do something drastic. I love him and could not imagine life without him and animal pet dander can kill him. Sure we go to the zoo he has to take benedryl before we go and then when we come home again usually we have to do a nebulizer treatment for two days after, and we have to use the inhalers too, he isn’t missing out on things we just have to do them differently.

He will never know what it is like to have a dog or cat or hamster, ONLY FISH.

He is only three, we get to control things, if you have the allergy money or not your parents should help you to understand, your older sister should know the risks involved is her sister more important than the dogs and cat, if not you need to work an extra job and leave your life may depend on it.

I don’t know how sever yours is or if you have to go to that extream, but we did and now we haven’t done any treatments or inhalers in almost 4 months, which before at the old house was daily, ER visits monthly which was expensive for each visit. We haven’t spent that much more because medical costs are so much less so really it was a good financial and healthy decision.
