How important is predictability to you when you are purchasing a puppy?
As in… how important is it to you that you are able to meet the puppy’s sire and dam and see where your puppy’s temperament will generate from, view health records and genetic testing results, etc?
Or, does that not matter to you and you are willing to roll the dice with a dog from a shelter?
(Yes, I know not *all* shelter dogs fit in that category, just as all dogs from a breeder don’t fit in the category above. I am speaking generally.)
Since I’ve only gotten dogs from reputable breeders(or bred my own 100% purebred registered & titled animals),I don’t need to meet/see the sire & dam;I know what the breeders produce. I know the pedigrees. I know they can judge/grade/select correctly to suit me. *&* that if it isn’t right, there’s no problem returning the dog.
As is the reverse, the breeders can get a dog from me w/confidence.
I am not & never will be interested in any sort of mutt/mongrel. My stock must be quality, purebred & “bred-to-the-standard”.

The free Wikipedia Encyclopedia, tells us that Quantum Entanglement is a mechanical system where two or more objects are linked together even if they are spatially separated.
It talks about spin measurement and hidden variables, Bell’s inequity, H. Eisenberg’s uncertainty principle etc. This the Scientific Quantum approach. The study of the smallest particle of matter – the physical Quantum.
It is all well and good but how does it help you and me and massive humanity stop struggling? How does it give us an explanation of how to maintain health, wealth and happiness?
I say we should study and understand Spiritual Quantum Entanglement. This is where the Quanta is described as one soul, the smallest subdivision of the infinite soul, Mind of God.
There is no physical reality, except as observed by a Quanta – an individual soul.
No individual souls, nothing ‘blinks out’ of the Quantum Ocean, Mind of God, no physical reality.
Let us understand that all is spirit, energy, non-physical vibration.
Let us talk about Spiritual or Soul Entanglement. And study the Laws of Resonant Frequency between souls. The rapports between souls.
It is true that each individual soul ‘blinked out’ of the Quantum Ocean, Mind of God to experience “Life” on the physical plane. It is also true that the thoughts that this individual soul chooses to believe will attract energy out of the Quantum Ocean, Mind of God into his/her aura.
The energies one carries in one’s aura attracts one’s physical reality.
What needs to be better understood is spiritual Quantum Entanglement.
This means that even though an individual soul attracts, it’s physical life by thoughts and beliefs; they are also affected by the thoughts and beliefs of others.
A belief is simply a thought that has been accepted and thought about over and over. On a conscious level a soul may be trying very hard to pick and choose the thoughts they think and to believe the beliefs that they believe in.
But in this chaotic time between the changing of one Age (Pisces) into the changing of a new Age (Aquarius) thoughts and belief systems are running rampant.
You can go out on the Net and buy a dozen new belief systems for a dollar.
During this transition time, between these two 2000 year Ages it is imperative that we all become still and know that we are souls in the Mind of God.
Let us stop and take stock of our thoughts. Where are they coming from?
From those we are vibrationally “en rapport” with, IE, family, wife, children, relatives, lovers, friends.
Or they are being electronically spewed out at us from the mass media. Every time you turn the TV on or read a newspaper, magazine, see a bill board you are being bombarded by someone else’s thoughts.
These thoughts and impressions may not necessarily affect or harm you unless you ‘believe” them. Do you believe everything you hear or see? This is a classic definition of modern day insanity.
To stay sane in these difficult transitional times, we need to embrace the idea: “Do not believe anything you hear and only 10% of what you see.”
It would be more helpful for humanity if the Quantum Scientists would study Quantum Soul Entanglement.
Teach the people more about thoughts and belief transference between living souls.

Take the Dog Health Test
Yes, you read that right. My cat things sheÂ’s a dog. At least thatÂ’s what we think she thinks. ItÂ’s really hard to read a catÂ’s mind.
When my father-in-law decided to sell his huge home and move into a condo, my husband and I inherited his cat. We liked Pi, and had been intending to get another cat ever since our last one had a stroke, so acquiring Pi wasnÂ’t a problem. Having her acquire us, I guess, is more appropriate.
There were some problems, though. Pi was used to being both an indoor and outdoor cat. She spent her first five years in a neighborhood with huge homes, huge pie-shaped lots on a cul-de-sac. She was able to roam without anyone worrying that she was near traffic. She was able to chase squirrels and birds at her leisure. And she was quite content just checking in with her people once in a while for some food and petting.
When Pi moved in with us, things were different. We lived on a cul-de-sac also, but the lots were small and ours was not fenced. There were two ways in and out of our neighborhood, and even though the speed limit was 25, cars sped down the street going 50 sometimes. We really didnÂ’t think that Pi would survive being an outdoor cat here, so we kept her indoors.
Perhaps she would have been fine with that. She didnÂ’t mind using a litter box, after all. And she could sit in our kitchenÂ’s bay window and watch the world. But day after day, she watched as our son and his girlfriend walked their dog outside in view of that bay window. The more she saw the dog going out, the more she wanted more freedom as well. Soon, she started dashing for the front door every time it opened. And just as we had imagined, she headed for the busy neighborhood street every time she did escape.
We bought a collar and leash for Pi, but her first reaction was, “Are you crazy? I’m a cat!” Soon, she realized that in order for her to spend time outside, she would have to be tethered.
On day one, she allowed me to put on the leash and take her outside. She promptly lay on the ground and refused to move. On day two, she ventured a few feet, then planted herself in the yard. And so it went. Now, many months later, she has grown accustomed to having a human trail behind her on a leash. She walks leisurely in the yard and on the sidewalk, trying to pretend that she is alone.
But Pi must have been observing more than just how a dog gets to walk on a leash. She must have observed other “dog benefits” and has embraced some of them as her own.
Pi now likes to eat any kind of meat, but especially hot dogs. She has also decided that milk and cream are not at all interesting. She wants to lick any human food plate, whether it once contained veggies, pasta or meat products. But not fish. Pi has decided that tuna and other fish is totally gross. She sits by the front door and meows quietly until one of her humans understands that she wants to walk.
Fortunately, she still does act like a cat. Often she meows noisily, almost sounding as if she’s screaming my name. “Meooooooooowlyn.” And when I hold her in my lap, telling her that I really don’t understand what she wants, she jumps down quickly, glancing at me with over her shoulder with disdain.
I guess sheÂ’s still a cat after all.

Due to a recent removal of a mast cell tumor I am switching my dog to the canine cancer diet. I am feeling a little overwhelmed and I am therefore looking for some easy straight forward recipes that anyone has had success with. Can anybody share some recipes with me please? I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!
Thanks for the fish oil idea… I too have been researching and have found similar info. I have her on fish oil and vitamin E.
While I don’t have any recipes to share, I might have a helpful suggestion.
My 15 year old cocker spaniel was diagnosed with brain cancer and the vet said she had 4 to 6 weeks to live. I did some research and found a study at the University of Pennsylvania that was testing the effectiveness of fish oil capsules in slowing tumor growth. I gave my dog one 1000 mg. capsule each day with her food. She lived another year to the ripe old age of 16 before the cancer finally took her. The vet called it miraculous.
Wellness, solid gold, halo, blue, castor and pollux(organix)
Actually, the ceaser millans food is not that bad depending on the formula. Stay away from the weight control formula, but the other two are very similar to castor and pollux.
What breed of dog do you have? If you have a medium, large, or giant breed, go with an ADULT dog food at or below 25% protein, preferably 24% protein. Feed that for the first two years of life, if you want after that, the other higher protein foods are good to feed like wellness Core.
And keep exercise light for the first two years.
