Return Policy

We are certain you will be helped by our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your Birkdale Medicinals purchase, you may return all unopened products to us for a refund. Some returns are subject to 20% restocking fee.

Returns must be post marked no more than 30 days from the date of purchase to qualify for this refund policy. Upon receipt and processing of your return, the credit card account number provided at the time of your purchase will be credited. It will generally take 5 to 7 days for the credit to appear on your account.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

NOTE: All orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time will not be shipped until the following business day.
